Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Isolés, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it and receive a full refund. The item must be in the same condition as it was received, and all handles and labels must still be attached to the garment. We also offer free returns on all Danish orders.

Here's how the return process works:

1. Go to our return portal.
2. Enter your order number (e.g. #ISL9999) and your email.
3. Select the product you want to return.
4. Specify the reason for your return.
5. You will receive an email with a confirmation and return label.
   
6. Remember to include your order confirmation or invoice in the package.

Note: The return portal only works for orders placed from March 28th, 2023, and onwards. Contact us directly at support@isoles.com if your order was placed before this date!

If you want to exchange an item, you can just create a standard return as indicated above and then place a new order with the item you want to exchange for.
